Amazon Is Booting Parler Off Of Its Web Hosting Service

The above link is the first one I've seen that has evidence of according to the article...

overrun with death threats, celebrations of violence, and posts encouraging “Patriots” to march on Washington, DC, with weapons on Jan. 19, the day before the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden.

The article goes on to cite two rather blurry hard to read the posting. Obviously second or third-hand copies or screenshots. The question that's not being asked? How many of these types of messages or postings were made and during what time frame or set of dates? These types of messages are a portion or percentage of the overall messages being sent on a daily basis?

Looking at Twitter...

Why is Twitter still not acting when it receives reports of death threats?

Backlash as Twitter says posts wishing harm on Trump violate social network’s rules

And how about Facebook?

Owensboro minster who attended Washington rallies says he has received death threats

I don't see any outrage and demands for the removal of either Twitter or Facebook for either of these instances. It is obvious to any rational thinking person that there is a double standard here. We're aware of the double standard and those on the left in support of Facebook and Twitter are aware of the double standard as well.

Not only we need to point out that the emperor has no clothes, ie: double standard. Those of us who oppose such hypocrisy need to continue to call it out loudly and on the street corners until such time as the issue is addressed.
